Red Star-Banat

A good number of Delije in the north terrace tonight. Since there were only 3 gates opened, people were late for 15-20 minutes to enter the stadium. Many flares, big flags, good support throughout the whole 90 minutes and another victory at the end of match was just a small "thank you" from our players. A long banner was shown at the end of the game saying: "It (Red Star team/machine Big Grin ) started working and it doesn't want to stop" with huge RedWhite tank banner above us. Certanly, a night to remember.

More than 2,000 Delije arrived to support our team at the small Belgrade's derby betwen these two clubs. However, police didn't allow us to take our banners and flags inside the stands. After 15 minutes of constant protest regarding new law aimed mostly to the chief of police in Serbian government Dragan Jocic, Delije reminded him of his criminal past toghether with supporters of Ofk Belgrade - Blue Union- lthat left the stadium. Delije came out few minutes after them leaving the stands empty. The new law that was voted for in Serbian parliament allows the banners and support material but our police obviously intended to make incidents with Delije on purpose, so they can continue with arrests and terror of our supporters.

Red Star-Bayern
[Image: DSCF5230.jpg]
16 years later Bayern arrived on Marakana stadium for the second time. However this time our team didn't have the luck to win (2-3 in last minutes). The north side was full above its capacity. Few minutes before the match started the whole stadium erupted just like in argentina. The trance led from the hearth of north stand spread all over the stadium.
Police repression continued on this game. About 20 of Delije were arrested during the day in and outside the stadium for absolutely no reason. For that ocasion, Delije prepare banners against Serbian minister in government Jocic and reminded him of his criminal past when he used to rob newspaper shops. Also, there were banners targeting all Serbian politicians telling them that they are the biggest hooligans in Serbia today.
Throughout the match, Delije had very strong and loud support. Even though many football fans came for the first time to "support" the Red Star team, Delije proved high level on this game.

Police repression continues
[Image: 3.jpg]
More than 4.000 Delije came to support our team on another terrible game at Marakana stadium. Police bastards continued with their repression measures, few Delije were arrested before and after the match. But Delije will not stop! LET THE FIGHT BEGIN!

Delije in Thessaloniki

Almost 900 Delije headed toward Thessaloniki for the second largest away trip in last 10 years. Red Star was playing Aris. However the city's main mob comes from paok fans which we already "welcomed" last year in Belgrade while basketball game.
Delije mob was strong and prepared for anything (everything). The trip down to the northern border went with no problems.

As soon as Delije arrived in front of the border (6 in the morning) they were held there for more than 12 hours. Police wanted to keep Delije away from Thessaloniki and possible confrontations with paok and aris fans. While there, one of our boys was hit by a fyrom car and after 45min. of waiting sent to hospital. He is doing ok. Also, we started receiving news of stabbed few stabbed people (friends of our club) in Thessaloniki. Also, the shortage of tickets forced 50 of Delije to return to Serbia since nobody was allowed to enter the Greece without the stadium ticket?!? Police searched us several times, they even had drug dog sniffing around.

We arrive in front of the stadium 15min. after the match had started already. Police wanted us to form a line, and wait for security, which filled the glass over to the top and the first fight with police occurred. The only way they could keep their forces together was to through tear gases on us. In that time our brothers Gate 7 joined us and eventually in the half time we entered the stadium.

The support was as best as Delije could bring in that moment, having in mind all the waiting and problems on the border.. Delije and Gate 7 showed their flags which gave the sign for aris fans to start throwing lighters and coins on us, with childish threats. Few hand flares were also lit.

As soon as we start leaving the city, a small group of thugs threw few rocks on our last bus, managing to break a window, which immediately brought 850 Delije into the streets but nothing happened since attackers run.

The biggest fight with police occurred just before and on the border line between Greece and fyrom. Police began throwing tear gas bombs into our busses, so we decided to stop the inappropriate attitude of them and suddenly police realized they had to run. However, they pushed Delije back to fyrom borderline with more teargases but the fight didn't stop for about 45 minutes. If there had been some wind to move the cloud of teargas the fight would continue.

Another away game

Today, Delije travelled in the city 80km east of Belgrade to support our team in the first strong vicotry of 5:2. In front of our gates police allowed the banners but demanded to be hanged on top of our sector, also they allowed drums but not stick to hit drum with. More than 1.000 Delije and Red Star supporters gave solid support during 90 min. and even longer.. A new song against Serbian minister of police was sang. We will continue our fight against the government system. Domestic fans exit their stands in 20min. of the game since they were not even allowed to take their banners inside of their own stadium.

There was a good number of delija in the North Terrace against Hajduk. The game started with a new song and was continued with usual songs. During the whole first half there were many flares and the singing didn’t stop. The only negative thing was the score 0-1 for hajduk. Because of a couple bad calls the referee wasn’t forgotten. The delije also didn’t forget there old “friend” Dzomba the president of FC hajduk because of his comments in the newspapers earlier that week.

But what happened at the end of first half and during the intermission will never be forgotten and will be an interesting theme for the media and a reason to blame the delije and hiding the truth. How did a cop dressed as a civilian come to a situation to pull out a gun and shout not once as some people say but twice. First in the air and the second time at the people. The only reason nobody was hurt or even worse killed was only luck. The cop got what he deserved and everybody else who came in didn’t have a good time and everybody should know that they will never have it.

After the whole mess was finished many people left the north terrace because they were scared for their lives and who wouldn’t be if he saw a crazy cop walking free with a gun shooting. The only people who stayed were those who are there every week to support the club. During the second half the team tied the game 1-1.

At the end only a tie but there is nothing to the players who gave their best as well as we did.

Next game is on Tuesday against Bolton in the UEFA Cup.
